Raphael Charles, the senior sales consultant who assisted me in purchasing a flat, was extremely helpful, polite, informative and friendly. He came across as very genuine and not full of the sales patter that can often be associated with the stereotypical estate agent. A refreshing change and very positive experience - thank you.
