GoogleGaurav and the entire team at Net Lettings made the process of finding a flat to rent incredibly easy. The entire Net Lettings team is friendly, professional, and helped me and my girlfriend find an incredible flat in central London walking distance from our jobs in The City. Without a doubt we will be recommending Net Lettings to all of our friends and colleagues who are looking to move.

GoogleThis company is a nightmare to deal with, unresponsive and negligent. Any issues with the flat took months of chasing and calling to be dealt with and the majority of issues were never resolved. We left the flat over 5 months ago and are still waiting to receive our deposit money. We have been emailing and chasing weekly, however have barely received any responses. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

GoogleThey haven’t return our deposit , they don’t repair things in time , try to avoid them! If you need them , they pass you from 1 colleague to another and they not sort out your problem . GoogleThe most horrible and unprofessional agency in the entire UK. I have never had a worse experience - it took them nearly a year to give back our deposits, and when they did, they deducted stuff that was not even our fault. SAVE YOUR NERVES AND GO LITERALLY WITH ANYONE ELSE BUT NET LETTINGS!

Appalling service. We are still awaiting deposit return nine weeks after vacating our property. No information was communicated to us regarding this for over six weeks, after which point significant deductions were proposed which seem unreasonable as read against the inventory report. Despite a significant part of the deposit being uncontested, NetLettings have not returned this money to us after multiple requests. It is unclear whether NetLettings are willing to engage with the deposit protection scheme or whether we will need to recover the deposit via small claims court. Exasperating experience all round. Very sporadic and poor communication in dealing with this issue, which is consistent with the experience during the tenancy in which several requests for repair were ignored and not addressed. Hard to think of a worse experience with property management in my 10 years of living in London. Would recommend avoiding their service as far as possible.

GoogleMe and my flatmates have been struggling to find a flat for a couple of months. I have contacted new lettings and they have been a great help. Francisco especially has helped me arrange viewings fast and provided me with all the detailed i needed to know. He has been a great communicator and very understanding. He managed to find us a flat at the priced and location we wanted and we are all beyond happy! I would definitely recommend!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDo not use them! Unhelpful and rude. They present a good front at first but they are very quick to pile up bogus charges for the smallest details (they represent greedy landlords). Also do not hold their end of the bargain (I lived at the property for 5 months with no blinds!!!)
