GoogleDo not use them! Unhelpful and rude. They present a good front at first but they are very quick to pile up bogus charges for the smallest details (they represent greedy landlords). Also do not hold their end of the bargain (I lived at the property for 5 months with no blinds!!!)

GoogleHad a great experience with Jake and Zainab at Netlettings. Was having a tough time navigating the housing market with international guarantors etc. but the staff was extremely helpful and communicative and sorted everything out for us.

GoogleTerrible service. Called over 10 times across the space of a week, enquiring to view two different flats. Every time I was told I should expect a call back later today or that I should call back later as the agents are in a meeting. Would highly recommend avoiding this agency.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have you noticed how there are loads of favourable reviews on google and yet the few bad ones have between 5-10 likes? Pretty sure they are creating fake reviews. From the people we've spoken to in our building, everyone agrees they are useless!

FacebookCompanies like this are hoovering and “developing” properties in coastal communities as absentee holiday lets and second homes - the heart is being stripped out of our towns and villages, and there is no affordable housing for local people and key workers who live and work here all year round. Predatory behaviour at its worst.

FacebookAs a company that "Lives and Breathes London" may I suggest that you stick to what you know best and leave Newlyn, Mousehole and indeed the whole of West Cornwall the hell alone. Locals are struggling to find homes here as it is without vultures like your company trying to hoover up what is left.

FacebookAbsolutely appalling sending letters to locals of West Cornwall to sell there homes to a company not from Cornwall. when there is a housing crisis going on and locals are being pushed out of Cornwall by the likes of company's like yourself and leaving nothing to the future generations, I do not recommend.

GoogleThe staff was really helpful and friendly during the entire process. The pictures of the apartment were reflecting the real state of the property. I do recommend Net Lettings to anyone looking for a good letting agency.

GoogleAWFUL company! Their agent Harry took forever to do anything, he was very unresponsive, and I had to chase him up on things constantly. I personally lost out on 3 properties due to how slow he was!! They also have lots of fake listings to entice people!

Googlethey never call back or answer emails, I called several times interested in a property in Dagenham and they said they would call back, I've been waiting for over a month, very poor service, definitely not a good place to put your property to be rented or sold
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
