GoogleVery poor at communication. I felt they were not transparent with the information they had, and what I was being told. Holding deposit was promised to be returned in 5 business days. Its been 7 and I still haven't seen anything.

GoogleWorst experience with a letting agency that I have had in London. I was avoided an answer about my deposit for 2 months. I end up receiving it after 3 months with a legal procedure.

GooglePretty good company, we had a pleasant experience with them. They are usually responsive to urgent stuff but might take a while with urgent maintenance issues, which could be improved. Our agent was Francisco and we were satisfied with his help!!PositiveResponsiveness
