The overall experience was very good. I had concerns with regards to some pests and cleaning which were addressed within a week of checking in into the property. So great customer service and all issues appropriately addressed and resolved. Harry is great agent who helped us negotiating the rent and seamlessly completed the entire tenancy process within 10 days

Strongly do NOT recommend Net Lettings. They do not respond to emails at all. Maintenance issues have been ignored for over 3 months, especially by Jorge Portillo who appears to handle maintenance. Completely unprofessional. An absolute disgrace.

Agents do not return your deposit

Agents do not return your deposit We are still yet to receive any communications after leaving the property for a month now. Everytime you call their office the people you need to get in touch with were always busy/out of office/with other clients which has been proven as a lie as calling multiple people they all gave different reasons. I would recommend to avoid this agency as throughout our tenancy they have ignored requests and do not attend to matters for repairs and compensations within reason

The agency is highly unrecommended due to undue delays in all the processes. No support during or after the agreement as well. Have not returned our deposit more than 1 month of leaving the property. Tried calling them and sent some emails as well but no replies. Highly unprofessional behaviour. Just an update 16 May 2024: I got a call from mydeposits the protection scheme and they told me netlets account has been suspended and they cant help us as netlets cant use mydeposits protection scheme anymore. We need to seek legal advice as most probably they are getting dissolved. Guys do not take anything from them otherwise you will be stuck badly. They are highly unrecommended. Multiple emails and calls and no response still.

I was due to have a viewing with Jake Benson the lettings manager at 10am, I waited until 11am, after 4 phone calls to the office they couldn't get in contact with there own manager! With no idea where he was. I was told "it's up to you how long you want to wait". Extremely unprofessional.

Appalling service. Whilst we were tenants they were extremely unresponsive even for important issues such as renewing our tenancy leading to our end date passing without a new tenancy agreement in place. Once we moved out we had complete silence and our deposit still has not been returned almost 5 months after moving out which is completely unacceptable. We have been able to get our deposit through a third party disputes company and I would encourage others to do the same as it seems to be a common theme in the reviews. Please avoid this lettings agency at all costs.
