I recently rented my flat out in Islington with the help from N&B, it was my first time renting out my property. It was very overwhelming at first with lots of agents in London wanting to list it initially and quite honestly I didn't know what I was doing and just wanted the process over with as I was and often am too busy with work. I met James initially then Don and they made it pretty painless, they told me what I needed before I even knew I needed it, facilitated some small works to the property and just handled everything. Not only that - they are both incredibly lovely chaps, who looked me when I was going through this process. Without a doubt would recommend to friends, family and anyone else reading this who needs some help/ advice and management of their properties. Having had a very disappointing experience with the first agents we enlisted, I was instantly relieved as soon as I started working with Neilson and Bauer. Graham fought tirelessly to get a good price for our flat and was always on our side. We had a long period until completion and he was never less than extremely courteous and supportive to us during some very trying times. Having him as our agent really made the whole process immeasurably easier and I cannot recommend working with him and Neilson & Bauer generally more highly. Selling your home is an emotional and often stressful process and he did everything he could to make that easier for us.
