I had the pleasure of working with both Graham (on the sale of my property) and James (on the purchase of my new property). They are both consummate professionals, who were instrumental in helping the transactions run smoothly and in navigating bumps along the way. Both Graham and James take an expansive view of their role, and go above and beyond the level of service you might usually expect from estate agents. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

It's been really great to work with Graham and Don. Their communication has been on point and we've really appreciated their good advice and sound guidance through the process of renting out our flat. They are clearly really experienced in this field. They were happy to answer questions and explained things clearly. Found us great tenants which is great peace of mind. Much better than any other estate agents we've used. Highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently used N&B for the 2nd time. Once again the valuation was spot on and a sale agreed within 2 weeks in a tricky market. Proactive support from Annabel who communicated with us throughout the process. Highly recommend this agency for what feels like a bespoke personal service at a competitive vfm fee.

James helped my mum sell a property for a relative, he was extremely helpful and went over and above anything we have seen from an estate agent before. As the transaction was under a power of attorney and at distance given we are in Lancashire together with the purchasers solicitor seemingly hard work he certainly earned his commission. I cannot recommend him too highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Neilson & Bauer have recently sold our flat and would highly recommend them. Their knowledge and experience is invaluable and they have all been proactive throughout the whole process. It is amazing to have an estate agent that truly cares about your property and everyone in the process when selling your place.

The only estate agent I met during my months-long house hunt who treated me with respect and courtesy. James Neilson is of the old school and will keep you informed and involved at every stage of the house-buying process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I recently bought a property from Neilson & Bauer and found them incredibly helpful and supportive. It was a tricky chain and they steered it through calmly and helpfully. It felt a bespoke service, listened to what I needed and were thoroughly charming. There's also a really LOVELY dog in the office.

Met with Don yesterday to view a flat in north london. He has a very warm and friendly manner, clearly knows the market well and did a great job of explaining what the landlord is looking for in a tenant.
