GoogleRude agent, man hung up on me when I asked what the purpose of his call was.
We have now had time to listen to the recording of the phone call. The internet advert stated clearly June occupancy and you sent an internet enquiry asking if August could work. Don rang to see if we could find something else that would accommodate your ideal date of August. He didn’t expect to be reprimanded by you stating “what was the point in the call then” when trying to be helpful. We have a zero tolerance to rudeness and have no truck with people who treat staff unfairly when only trying to be courteous. Your comment and reaction is wholly without merit.
