Having used Neilson and Bauer to sell our property recently, I'v no hesitation at all in recommending them. They are a a local Islington business with an excellent knowledge of the local market and wider. Their shop-front is superbly placed on Upper street and they optimise their exposure to passing shoppers with very large, strategically placed, photographs of their properties. The photographer they use is especially good. But it's the quality of the agents that impresses most - they handled our negotiations (at times complicated!) with competence and with just the right balance between being reassuring and yet realistic. Special shout out to Annabelle and Matian who handled most of our sale, but we found all the agents to be competent, well informed and - importantly - responsive and available, even out of hours. Strongly recommend.

From the outset, I was made to feel comfortable and valued as a potential client of theirs; from being given a warm welcome at the office by Graham and his lovely dog Kiki, to the staff I met putting me at ease and showing a reassuringly personal, human touch in their approach.
