His team of Don and Ileana have been fabulous to deal with and Don has always responded graciously, promptly and helpfully. They provided updates along the way and explained everything clearly which for a first-time letter was so important to me. It has been a seamless and smooth process and as I live abroad the management of the property is fundamental but I couldn’t think of a better, more trustworthy, understanding, and kind team to be running it for me.
As the years have gone by I still rely on Neilson and Bauer to manage my flat in my absence and for just over the last year it has been overseen by Krissy Giorgiou. I have had lots of 'difficult' experiences with other estate agents in the past - in contrast, I can genuinely say that I felt extremely well looked after by James and his team. The advice I was given was always in my best interests and protected me from potential pitfalls. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Islington if you have a flat to sell!
