Don is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, kept in touch! He kept me informed every step of the way and offered good advice. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He was always friendly and professional, and extremely responsive when contacted. What we really appreciated was his candour around understanding of working with immigrants on working visa with previous no record of rentals. As the London rental market has more became like an open auction, Neilson & Bauer is probably the only estate agent that stick with their clients on first come first serve basis . As a first-time home purchaser, I was very happy and impressed with the service from Graham at Neilson & Bauer. Even though he was technically working with the sellers, he was in constant communication with me, the solicitors and other counterparties involved in order to facilitate a pretty complicated transaction. Being new to London we found our apartment thanks to Don from Neilson & Bauer and although I do not often write reviews (good or bad :-) ) but I must say that here Don has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process and as such deserve some recognition. He was also very responsive by phone or email when we had queries (and we had a lot), helped us dealing with some renovation of the apartment and walked us through all the steps of the rental process very clearly.
