Honor Ara and her team arranged the letting of our apartment. We met with her and she arranged everything that was necessary to let it. We were only home 2 days and she had tenants for us. As four of us own the property she arranged all the documentation that had to be signed etc. She and her team made it so easy for us. Highly recommended by Ann Ciaran Aoife & Eimear

The agent, Kinan Karima, was excellent. He went beyond my expectations. He made a note of all my requirements and showed me property that matched. He kept his promises and got me into the flat the day I needed to be there. Kinan’s customer service was excellent. He took an almost personal interest in my needs and ensured I got the flat I wanted - on time. I can’t recommend Kinan highly enough.

Throughout my tenancy there has been several queries that I had to clarify and the southwest property managers are very helpful by giving very fast response and taking action, especially Sami from the team as I mostly associate with her, however the other property managers are very helpful as well. The team is also very friendly to talk to and have made the experience of associating with My London Home an unforgettable one.

Take weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.

I believe you may be looking for Stirling Ackroyd, who purchased our lettings business more than three years ago. I would recommend you contact your property manager there and raise a complaint with them. Mhari Clare was very swift to reply to my viewing enquiry, informative and kind on the phone, and emailed me with alternative properties to the one I was interested in when it was taken. She is very professional, extremely quick to reply to emails and has been dealing with any problems in our apartment with great speed and efficiency. We really feel like she makes a special extra effort and appreciate her help a lot, most recently with a broken dishwasher and a water leak. Thank you Molly!

Harriet is a god send! She solves issues quickly and efficient and takes all my concerns and questions seriously. I have had issues in the past with the company as a whole, but this was down to the agent that first showed me the flat and was not honest about me being able to receive an unfurnished flat. All in all, I love staying at the flat and having Harriet's help.

MLH just sold my flat today after a very drawn out sale caused in part by MLH having too many people dealing with the same thing. The buyer was a nightmare but many issues could have been avoided. They have some great senior staff , Wendy Gould has been excellent, but the junior staff are inexperienced and it shows. Communication between them and those in charge can be poor and irritating.

GoogleHarriet Sexton is my property manager. In my 3 years of tenancy, she has been the most helpful and responsive of any of the previous managers. She recently went out of her way as the go-between for myself and my landlord to re-negotiate some terms on my lease. She very easily could have said no, and that I was stuck, and I'd be facing a real emergency! Thank you, Harriet!

GoogleTERRIBLE. Individual estate agents are fine. As a team, they are awful. Maintenance issues take months (as well as a lot of your time, patience and phone calls/emails) to just be addressed NOT fixed. Then you have to wait a few more weeks for the job to be carried out. You're lucky if it's sorted out in one visit because their contractors are also awful. You seem to get different contractors visiting for the same problem so you end up having to explain everything a couple of times, then one of them will say the previous job has been carried out wrong and that they'll have to undo the work then fix the problem which is more waiting.
