No easy sale, but......

I was lucky enough to deal with Hannah Taylor and Raymond Addy as my sale turned out to be most complicated. Hannah kept an experienced eye on the whole process whilst Raymond contacted me almost daily to keep me informed and even emptied the flat himself to prevent the sale being further delayed. Both had delightful manners and genuinely seemed to want the process to be as easy as possible for me, and overseas owner. I would thoroughly recommend Hannah and Raymond. Thank you both so much.

MyLondonHome has been the letting agent of my flat for over 2 years, my property manager Ellis Street has been wonderful to work with over this period of time. He has always been very professional, responded to any enquiries from me whether by telephone or email very promptly and with great efficiency and successfully managed tenant expectations. Ellis has shown great attitude, he has always been very friendly and patient particularly when I have been very busy with the children. I cannot praise him enough and would recommend him to all my friends and family should they need a property manager.

It's been a great experience to work with My London Home. We had Daniel Novitt and he has been very helpful since the beginning in terms of getting all our papers done. Along the way, he has also been very friendly in replying our emails whenever we have any problems with the appliances eg. lights, etc. He helps us to solve them as soon as possible, which truly deserved to be thanked for. I've heard other friends dealing with other agencies and they aren't always as nice and initiative in helping as My London Home. So I'm very lucky indeed to have found you guys and particularly, thank you Daniel Novitt :)

When you refer a client to rent through a particular agency you always worry about the level of service that they will receive, which could reflect badly on you! Luckily my experience with My London Home, and in particular Mr Daniel Novitt was flawless. He processed all the paperwork very efficiently and quickly, and was always on the end of the phone for any queries or questions and really made us feel comfortable, like nothing was too much to ask. Great customer service!

I have worked with MyLondonHome and specifically the Training Manager Kelly Scott on a number of occasions now, and she has been nothing short of excellent. Kelly is always prompt to reply, knowledgeable, has a wealth of experience regarding the lettings industry, and her customer service and interpersonal skills are outstanding. I would highly recommend MyLondonHome when selecting a agent to either let of sell your property, as I feel you will get the very best in customer service and an agent who wants to achieve the very best result for you.

Reassuring management

My property has been managed for just over a year and I must say Richard and his team have been brilliant. I have never rented before and they have guided me through one tenancy and we are now onto the second. The advice they have given has always been thoughtful and well explained and I have learned a lot which I didn't expect going into this. If you want professional trustworthy property management you should give them a go!

Was helped by Rebecca Wilkie, who was refreshingly cheerful throughout the process. She was able to identify my key criteria quickly and provide a strong shortlist of properties for me to consider. When viewing homes, Rebecca was well versed on the various different rent prices, local amenities, transport links, etc. and gave sound advice throughout.It's rare these days to find a good customer service experience, but Rebecca was friendly and professional from start to finish. Good hire, team.

Good service

We rented a flat near Tower Bridge for 6 months. We had no problems with the service provided my MyLondonHomes. We did have a few issues with the property, however these were managed persistently by the company and we always felt that we could speak to someone. Molly was particularly persistent in trying to sort out some of the issues-thank you. Over all we have really enjoyed living in the property. Would recommend this company to others.

Wendy was great at liaising and pushing the solicitors after the sale was agreed. We bought two units through MyLondonHome and both units are managed by MyLondonHome since 2011. We have no complaints except praises. The staffs are professional, knowledgeable and approachable.
