GoogleI was looking for an apartment to rent for a year and I turned to My London Home, I was followed by Yure and I must say that I had a great time. Looking for an apartment in Italy is not easy and I was followed very well in all the various phases: from the moment of the first contact to the moment of the visits to the apartments, through the negotiation with the owner and the signing of the contract. I recommend it to everyone!

Millicent went out of her way to ensure we were able to view our property when the tenant had forgotten to leave his key. The key was retrieved from the tenant just before he left for his trip abroad and left safely at reception for us the next day. The only thing I probably would have done myself was to drop the tenant a quick reminder message the day before. But Millicent deserves much praise for her efforts and swift and professional action

Good experience so far. The team from the MyLondonHome Westminster office have been really helpful and professional. Especially Byron who travelled many times to meet me and patiently answered the many questions I had. Honor is very professional and friendly. She was very honest in her approach and provided very useful insights which helped with the decision-making process.Michael and Kinan are great Consultants. They are friendly and helpful. They both worked really hard to secure the idea tenant for us. I haven’t met the rest of the team however we have been communicating via emails and they seems to be very nice and attentive.

Honor and her team came to meet my dad and I during our last visit to London. They were friendly and insightful. They acted quickly and professionally to find us a suitable tenant for one of our properties before we left London. Honor and Filip made countless international phone calls in order to get a tenancy with a corporate tenant for another of our properties over the line. Both of them were honest mediators between my dad and the tenant. They strove to make sure that the agreement was fair to both parties and they had the patience to coax both parties to find common ground. They conveyed genuine concern for the best interests of both parties. It has been a pleasure to work with Honor, personally, and her team. I'd gladly put more of our portfolio under their management as well as refer friends and family to MLH.

The individual that provided the best service out of all of the individuals I dealt with in MLH was Molly in property maintenance. She always replied promptly to emails and kept me up to date with development, in order to manage my expectations appropriately. In addition she was friendly and reliable. I would like to comment that Molly went out of her way to arrange delivery of a sofa when I been called away from London at short notice. In addition she arranged for a contractor to come and assemble the sofa who noted that there was a fault which she dealt with immediately. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Molly.

MyLondonHome were easily the best agency I dealt with whilst looking for a property to rent. As I have a dog, I found that most agencies never returned my calls but MyLondonHome helped me from the start of my search, telling me which apartment blocks allowed pets to help my search in general - not just with them. Rebecca was the main agent I dealt with and she quickly replied to texts and emails, as well as showing me suitable properties. I would recommend MyLondonHome to anyone.

Steve Sellek managed my purchase from the very first enquiry I made, he went above and beyond to help at every juncture. He even made phone calls and replied to emails during his time off to help push things through. Steve chased every party involved at every stage to put my mind at ease and always picked up the phone or answered emails. If he couldn't pick up the phone he called me immediately when he was free and generally within half an hour.Phil Woolnough was also extremely helpful in pushing through the purchase and was also always to hand even with any minor questions I may have had.My purchase was extremely stressful right until the end and the only part of the transaction that filled me with confidence was that I knew MyLondonHome were backing me the entire 4 months. Nothing was done that Steve and Phil did not manage personally.Fantastic and will absolutely use again.
