Really great experience from start to finish, resulting in rapid and smooth sale. Their 3D tech made it really easy during lockdown to get initial viewings, their marketing strategy was highly effective at finding the right buyers quickly, and they even helped me resolve some practical issues with the buyer at the end. All the while, kept me updated and v helpful. Best Estate Agent I've ever used by some margin.

Thanks MyLondonHome team (Charles / Megan) for all great work in purchase process for my house. Appreciate team's help in all regular updates and help in reverting to valuation queries by bank during mortgage process. I opted for recommended mortgage broke and solicitor. I must say those were equally good in their services offered. Nice coordination between all these team to make my home buy a success , considering circumstances, it was not an easy buy.

I've bought my 2-bedroom flat through MyLondonHome. From the very beginning Christopher Ashman-Adams (Chris) and Adam Anker have been handling my case with absolute care - always very friendly and patient, swift responses and actions, frequent & timely following up on the progress, and often going extra miles to help me out eg. moving the seller's furniture out, help out with renovation plans etc.. Their services and care have absolutely been first class!Whole-heartedly recommend them!!

Whilest MyLondonHome were very helpful, the actual apartment visit was somewhat chaotic. The agent was late and then couldn't find the apartment, so we wasted some time wandering the complex. She was very apologetic and polite throughout however, but it could've been better. I can't speak for the negotiating process as in the end the apartment wasn't right for me.Overall they were very assiduous in contacting me, finding alternative apartments and generally were very helpful.

GoogleWendy Gould managed by property sale for a second time, and unsprinsingly, she was amazing in ensuring the sales both progressed, and kept everybody involved honest. The transparency throughout the process was fantastic and eventhough there were road bumps she was superb in always keeping communication lines open and clear and driving us forward. Clearly an asset to MyLondonHome, and i very much look forward to working with her again

It was a bit tricky transaction but Sam managed to sort out all problems in a very reliable, professional, and efficient way.
