My London Home has been very easy to work with. After 5 properties falling through with other agencies last year, I expected this experience to be the same. From beginning to end it was fairly seamless. From our initial visit to the property to the financial transactions, and inventory check with Jasleen, we couldn't be happier. Michael and his colleagues were extremely helpful and conscientious, went above and beyond to find a flat that would suit my needs, and did it all with enthusiasm and good humour. They genuinely seemed motivated educate me on the market (this was my first time renting in London), and to find somewhere I would enjoy living at a fair price, rather than trying to push whichever flats they had available at the time!

We were in touch with Charlie about flats in the SW area, we told him what we were looking for and were able to put a deposit on the perfect flat within a week of being in contact. GoogleAwful service. Never call back even though promised. Very messy and late with finalizing contracts. No chase up unless emailed several times. Misleading advertisement related to bills for the property I was renting until I found out when the landlord made me pay for bills. No proper exit procedure way after check out date even though I contacted them 2 weeks in advance. This delayed the process of getting my deposit back.
