Can be trusted to get the job done.

We have had a long-standing relationship with My London Home and although we had a good start we did hit a rough patch and the standards dropped briefly. However things changed very much for the better since Harriet took over. We are very impressed by Harriett's performance . Her professionalism, courtesy and dogged determination to get to the bottom of the problem are admirable. She is prompt at dealing with problems and always goes the extra mile. We think that she is a credit to the organisation.

It is an absolute pleasure to talk to her, as she is a friendly and courteous person. Her outstanding professional management skills are displayed in her attention to detail and her ability to thoroughly deal with and resolve the day to day issues. Having enjoyed an excellent working relationship with My London Home for a number of years, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, both on the sales (having purchased through them) and lettings (they currently manage two of my properties). I have always been most impressed by the level of service and he fact that every member of staff is prepared to go to great lengths on my behalf, and always, with courtesy and friendliness. I sold my flat through MLH last month and was very happy with the service that I received, and because I was moving abroad, I was impressed with how they honoured my tight deadlines and kept me in the loop with progress. My flat was previously managed by MLH for 3.5 years and again, I was very happy with the service, in particular their dealings with a couple of tenant issues. I would recommend MLH and will use them again if the situation arose

My appreciation to MyLondonHome HONG KONG As a property investor in Hong Kong, it's definitely a good news to me that MyLondonHome has setup its branch in Hong Kong so that go forward I can plan and do my investment in London in a more confident and secured way. I met their branch representatives Ms Natalie PRINGLE and Mr. Adam MICKISH, both are very professional in the way that they clearly explained to me and my wife all our questions about investment in London, ranging from taxation, letting arrangement, furniture, etc, , also their working attitude, very energetic and proactive, willing to help. We had several other agents managing them 5years ago, we have now given all our properties to My London home because of their excellent service. nothing is too much of a problem to the whole team especially to Lisa Yoshimoto , Hannah Taylor, Amy Carpentor and Daniel Novitt. They are professional, curtious and efficient when you are dealing with anything like new letting,maintenance or money matters. Good level of professionalism. Within 9 days of my property advert going on the online portals I was delighted that it became the post popular Zoopla advert for a one bedroom apartment in Stratford. I doubt that other estate agents would have been able to achieve me number one status when sorting the properties by popularity. That goes to show that MyLondonHome invest heavily on their marketing. Good communication and I was regularly kept up to date. The fact that I was only tied up to a 4 week contract as opposed to a 12 weeks contracts was a big bonus.
