Long in short, one of their staff helped me to search for property around Stratford, and a bedroom came in front of my desk. It was a good property and I was interested to invest it. He told me the selling price was £440,000 at the beginning. He came up with a price of £422,000 (which I didn’t put this price forward) and said the seller agree with it in a very short period of time.With this “ideal” offer, he started pushing me to accept it (please see the screenshot of our conversation) and asked me to complete the contract exchange within 14 days, which the completion of the property was six weeks ahead. On top of this, he pushed me to use the solicitor he referred, as claimed to make sure the contract exchange can complete as soon as possible.Since it was a good property, and I relied on his credibility, I put down £2000 deposit for securing the offer. However, with his attitude, I doubt there was some issues in this purchase. Since I purchased a number of properties in UK before, I have full understanding of property trading process and potential issues. I researched online and discovered the truth.On Rightmove.com, I discovered that the asking price of this property was £410,000 only.I asked him why is like that. He claims it is a mistake and I can't change the offer I put.

TrustpilotDon't inspect properties and keep tenants deposits, avoid
Don't inspect properties so landlords beware if you value you property. For tenants they attempt to withhold large amounts of deposits for the tiniest little marks and show huge bills for them with no invoices where these are clearly wear and tear. Avoid this company clearly they take advantage of those who need their deposit back quickly which fortunately I do not. The whole process of dealing with them was unnecessarily difficult start to finish, avoid them at all costs.

So I decided to come to London and Study Law, I was told finding a home through an agency, and the process is a real pain, especially if you have never done it before. From the moment I met Yure, I could tell this would be a fun experience. Yure understood from the beginning what exactly my requirements were, he not only showed me new and exciting developments but also managed to find me a home which I had no idea I could afford in a much better location. He knows the areas very well and every concierge we went into, it felt like they were friends of Yure, people greet him with smiles and a firm handshake, and he always introduces me to them. Something other agencies did not do. This was the best level of service I have received. I will personally welcome Yure to Saudi Arabia anytime he wishes to visit!

Terrible agency. Gave us the wrong dates for the letting and only told us after wasting hours of our time filling in forms.Have ridiculously high admin charges and it all looks set up like a scam, they make you pay fees and don’t give you the property.Also heard from friends how they withhold deposits at the end of tenancy and don’t do maintenance work when it’s reqested, instead charging tenants out of their deposit.Also seems convenient that their 700 Trustpilot review all come from accounts with only 1 Review and the dates all seem to be within the last to months...

GoogleHaving used this service I can only give them top recommendations. I was shown a number of apartments by sales agent Aferdita Bytyci. She had waited for our arrival for the appointment, which we were late for, & greeted my father and myself with a smile. She provided us with answers to all our queries, mostly done through her own wealth of knowledge. Where she had any doubt, she confirmed the information she was relaying to be correct with the necessary parties during the same appointment. Very efficient. Thanks again Aferdita for all your help!

GoogleUtterly useless property managers, happy to charge high admin fees yet when it actually comes to doing their job they couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Avoid using them is you are a landlord, they are not worth the 15% service fee every month, if you're a tenant expect to have to forward your own email 4 or 5 times to get something simple like a professional clean or the inventory 5 weeks after moving in to the property.

GoogleWe reported a maintenance issue to Molly on 20th June and although it was only a fairly minor issue, I was surprised that it was fixed the very next day. With most other letting agents we use they would have brushed this under the rug and we'd have been waiting a few weeks to a couple months. Great service, and lovely to talk to. My London Home is a very efficient and customer focused business and we're very grateful for all their help.

GooglePersonally I found My London Home is a good agency for renting a property. All the information supplied online is quite reliable. The staff are nice and patient. Just maybe due to some of its staff come and go and no updated news to us, it causes some lack of communications, especially in your need. But they sorted it out quickly. Just for checking list part, we slightly felt a little bit lack of communications, the staff in charge usually didn't reply our email on time and the things we reported have not been dealt with thoroughly well. Besides that part, up till now, we thought it is a very good agency.
