I couldn't agree less than with the previous comments. MyLondonHome have continuously passed the buck and not followed up on issues in the building/property. They have also been unhelpful with resolving a deposit dispute which still remains unresolved after 6 weeks. They have a nice portfolio of properties but I would steer clear.

I don't know if this is all UK estate agents but adverts on MyLondonHome have the wrong floor plans, images and information.For example: Adverts showing two kitchens in their galleries one being black and the other white when there is only one kitchen. Floor plans showing one bedroom but, in the information, showing two.In my opinion this is very sloppy work for properties being sold for over £900k and if this was done in other countries it wouldn't be allowed and very misleading especially for buyers.

I personally have been working with Tom Gilchrist for the past couple months and he managed to land me a cracking deal for a new build flat in Central London due to the unique links he has with his clients.My overall experience has been excellent, I don't need to chase constantly for an update and things are done transparently in the background. It is a shame I couldn't say the same thing about the other estate agents I've been with in the past.
