GoogleAlthough obviously acting for the vendor, Steve Selleck at MyLondonHome was very professional to deal with and where possible, very helpful. If I was looking for an agent to act for me I would talk to Steve. I believe an agent helpful to the buyer produces a better outcome for the vendor.

GoogleVery cheap agency. Rented a flat for a year. Issues after one week and throughout my stay. Try to get pennies out of my deposit. So fellas if you want to avoid unnecessary and ridiculous disputes over your deposit, just go somewhere else really. And if you still going for it, careful about one of the managers, you will find out why 😅 Take care stay safe!

Tamas was an excellent RE agent, working beyond normal working hours to accomodate and work around my travel schedule. He was also involved after the onboarding, coordinating and doing most of the administrative/ housekeeping work to make sure I had good first month within my new place. Smooth transition between leases, thanks to Cherrelle and her colleagues. Usually prompt response from the leasing and service teams, though the accounting team was less responsive and some errors did occur before. It would be better if staff turnover can be lower to maintain continuity in ensuring a competitive service.
