A member will be in touch to discuss"This was not the deal.I don't want a phone call,the deal was an instant online valuation.Seems very cunning way to get your details.

The data for our online valuation tool is sourced and includes 20 million land register records, 18 million records from property portals and 5+ million from a variety of other sources. This data is the same raw data used by many mortgage lenders. The algorithum then uses this data to provide an estimated valuation of the property. We are committed to the long term improvement of the data and the estimated valuation that you, the consumer, recieves. Only a very small number of attempted look ups fail to produce a valuation, (less than 1%). There can be a number of reasons for this.Clearly we would welcome your call to discuss the valuation further.
