We contacted Morgan Randall Estate as we were looking for a flat. Our letting agent was Danielle Quincey that did a wonderful job. She has been very friendly and helpful, replying within a short span of time. She even adjusted her schedule according to us about the viewing, giving us answers and help to all of our questions throughout the process. We spent very good time with her and she give us give a new meaning to the estate agency that is totally different of what we went through before. High administration costs, strange offer procedures (taking the holding deposit before the landlord has even received an offer) and a lack of clarity throughout the offer process. The company has the typical estate agent appearance but with not a lot to back it up once you get underway with them. I do not see this is a reflection on the particular member of staff we were speaking to, as I think the system he was working with was his downfall.

My Husband and I were so pleased to have walked into Morgan Randall. We had spent a bitter cold day being dissapointed and annoyed. It seemed our plans of finding the right place to start our married life was impossible and reality was kicking in. Simon discussed a few options with us and was really straight in realigning our expectations, we have now moved into our home and are settling well, from my mick and I Simon a big thank you! Recently we had cause to leave our property and Morgan Randall were the agents handling the letting. Our contact was through Gary Bullock who deserves 5 stars and during nearly three months of association, and despite many delays, he maintained a professional approach to our difficulties in needing to leave the property before the end of the tenancy. My only gripe was that because I gave my 2-months notice one day late I was held to a 3months termination period, not overly customer focused and being quoted the rules by the representative did not help.

Letting the property initially was great, with Garry Bullock being particularly very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately this positive feeling towards Morgan Randall was not to last. Myself and a flatmate were hit with extortionate hidden fees on vacating the property, have had a nightmare trying to speak to the 'Client Services' department and have generally been treated very poorly. Once Morgan Randall had secured their letting fee, it seemed they were only interested in charging as much as possible for doing as little as possible. Having left the property over a month ago, we are still battling to get our deposit and overpaid rent back; This was despite the property being left in a perfect condition and the property being moved into by another tenant the day after moving out. The property was at one point double let, with Morgan Randall having had a new tenant sign a lease before having our lease released by the landlady. Furthermore, we were not invited to the check-out which was carried out AFTER the new tenant's tenancy began; the check-out somehow cost £260 + VAT, which again seems extortionate. In summary, a complete lack of transparency when it comes to fees and impossible to speak to anyone with any authority. Any queries were passed between departments with nobody seemingly willing or able to take responsibility. A truly awful experience all round, with Morgan Randall doing nothing to dispel the belief that Estate Agents are just out to fleece people for as much money as possible, whilst offering little to no service.

After first meeting Paige having dashed from the Tube, late for a property viewing, she immediately made me feel at ease and reduced my stress levels through her amiable nature and professional, yet empathetic manner. She was honest and upfront with a clear knowledge of the property and provided us all the information we requested. I can honestly say that being made feel so comfortable throughout the viewing definitely helped spur our decision to make an offer on the property, which was subsequently accepted. Paige has also made the subsequent reference checking and paperwork as effortless as possible for us and Morgan Randall's online document signing software means there's no stress of cumbersome signature gathering. I would recommend Morgan Randall without hesitation for their professionalism, efficiency and especially their obvious customer focus for both landlords and tenants.

Happy with the agents I have interacted with from Morgan Randall, as they had an ideal customer care on the personal level. As far as their agency fees are concerned they're rather an overrated, overpriced agency for doing something every other agency is supposedly doing. Nothing extra magical with them except more money to pay. I would rather conclude by saying I have met a couple of good people from the agency, but that wouldn't make their agency any less rediculously expensive.

Viewing a property with Morgan was a very pleasant experience - which is far from being always the case! Although I won't be going ahead with this property I felt Morgan had a very good approach: he gave me all the information I needed and was very positive but never pushy. He came across as having good psychological as well as business acumen. From this experience with Morgan (no relation to Morgan from the agency's name) I would be very happy to use the agency for letting or selling a property.

I was looking for a 2/3 bedroom property and Anthony Norton at Morgan Randall was absolutely excellent in assisting us. He was friendly, professional and gave us a fantastic service. He would always follow up with a call or an email. Initially, he asked us some questions, sent through some properties straight away, accommodated our viewings times, and drove us to various locations. He also provided an easy-to-read leaflet about each property, which was really useful. Although we did not find a property through Morgan Randall in the end (as we found a place through a different estate agent)- I would definitely recommend!
