Stuart Rawlinson from Morgan Randall Estate Agents helped me sell my one bedroom ex council flat in record time - we were done with the whole process from putting it on the market to completion in a mere 3 months and managed completion in time before Christmas!! Stuart is wholly professional and always has your interest at heart - he did not try to push me into anything but just offered his advice for me to take or not. he managed the whole process smoothly and sorted out any hickups speedily. I was really happy with the service from him and other people in his office who I came into contact with and would definitely recommend Morgan Randall.

I registered my clients requirements for temporary accommodation via Zoopla. Mathew G responded from Morgan Randall. Matt proactively listened to my enquiries and confirmed that he had an understanding of what I was looking for. He maintained contact and informed me of matches to secure.. Within a short space of time. Matt managed to locate properties that were suitable to my clients needs. But for the fact that my clients location changed, matt had managed to locate properties to meet our needs, and even referred us to another branch to follow up, I was grateful for his efficiency and understanding during a very stressful time for all concerned. Challon Smith is one of the better agents we have met in London, he made us feel at easy right away and went above and beyond while working with us even on his day off. Although our offer fell through due to a competing offer from another agent. Challon quickly sorted out the paperwork and got our holding fee back to us promptly, allowing us to get strait back into the search and secure our new tenancy. I would totally work with Morgan Randall again and would recommend them to friends.

Our property hunt started only a week ago but already Luke Evemy at Morgan Randall has managed to find us an amazing property. He contacted me almost immediately after I enquired and took the time to get to know me and what my exacting specifications would be. Myself and my partner work long hours but Luke was more than happy to accommodate a viewing in the evening to suit our schedules. He made himself available and was very attentive and personable which is something that is unusual to find in an agent. We had had a terrible experience with a certain large letting agent opposite Morgan Randall on the high road and Luke did everything in his power to reassure us that we would have a positive experience with him. I have stayed in constant contact with Luke about finding the perfect property and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a place in the Balham area. He has exceeded expectations.

Luke Evemy has been an excellent help in what has been a disastrous house hunt in London for us. Morgan Randall are not pushy, they definitely tell you the truth about where the properties are located and what the rooms are like before you go view proeprties. Luke has never given up on helping us find a house and he is a very trustworthy, patient estate agent. The only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is that we haven't got a house yet, but I have faith he will find us one!

We were helped by Luke Evemy in the lettings team who was lovely to deal with and was not pushy at all - so refreshing compared to some estate agents who send you through any old rubbish. Luke really listened to our criteria and only informed us of suitable properties. He was friendly, always prepared for viewings and gave us plenty of notice if there was a problem. I would also recommend Morgan Randall generally. We had a really good experience with them compared to KFH who seem to pass your details on to every office in the local vicinity until you're bombarded with calls from 10 different people a day sending you things that don't even fit your criteria!!

Stuart was brilliant. I contacted over ten agents and listening was something they did not all do. Many of them just talk at you, wanting a quick easy sale. It is a very stressful process and you end up dropping agents mid-way through as they just call and call but with nothing remotely like what you want. time is precious and Stuart listened carefully. Followed up diligently with calls but not in excess. He also talked about properties I really wanted and knew all the facts about buying - you'd be amazed how many agents do not know the basics! He coordinates well with his lettings department who were also efficient and informative. Didn't waste my time. He has a friendly, approachable, educated and non-aggressive demeanour. His approach was reactive to what we were saying, quick and efficient as oppose to just throwing information at you and hope it sticks. Stuart found us exactly what we were looking for, down to the exact building. Well recommended by us... We look forward to doing business with him in future. regards.

While peering through the window of Morgan Randall, Ross spotted us and our desperation-riddled faces, already jaded with our property search. He invited us in, asking if we were looking for a property to rent and, once inside, lifted our spirits, giving us a renewed energy for the hunt and lots of examples of what he had to offer in the area we were looking. Unlike other agents, he listened to what we actually needed and took time and energy to show us some really gorgeous properties, including negotiating with the landlords to achieve a let within our measly budget. I would gladly recommend Ross to anyone looking in the Balham area - his tenacity, good nature, and incredible optimism were just what we needed.

Marissa was an absolute star. She gently persuaded us to look at a property we'd never had normally considered before and we fell in love with it. The process had its ups and downs with a few set backs along the way (through no fault of Morgan Randall or Marissa) but Marissa was very reassuring throughout. We always knew that we were in safe hands and that she was working hard for us to get the sale through. I was delighted to have Marissa looking after the sale. Her manner - calm, relaxed, knowledgeable and not remotely pushy was really refreshing having seen a number of quite aggressive estate agents in our long hunt for a property. I needed to find a short let flat in the Balham area on an urgent basis, and contacted Morgan Randall to assist me in this regard. I was put through to Sarah Irvine who proved to be exceptionally helpful and personable. Given the tight time frame (I needed to move in within a matter of days), Sarah went out of her way to assist me and even put in extra hours to get everything completed on time. In the end, I was able to move into the flat on time, despite the large amount of paperwork and administration that needed to be completed beforehand - this would not have been possible had Sarah not been so willing to help. I was also very happy with the location, condition and quality of the flat. As a first time customer of Morgan Randall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided, and would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, helpful friendly agency.

I've recently started my property search as a first time buyer and reached out to Morgan Randall in Balham to view some of their properties. Having already done a fair few viewings with other estate agents over the last two weeks my experience with Morgan Marler, from Morgan Randell was a breath of fresh air. He has actually listened to what i was looking for, *Shock* and unlike other estate agents he made me feel comfortable and was very honest and professional about the properties he showed me around. Not the typical pushy stereotype i was starting to believe to be true. I have recently been dealing with the Balham branch in regards to letting a property. Matthew Mould has been helping me through every step of the process and i cannot fault his professionalism and his willing to help approach to this. I would utterly advise Morgan Randall to people wishing to rent or buy, purely on the fact that Matthew has made this process so easy and hasn't, as so many people and tend to do within this industry, tried to lace me with sales pitches and corporate jargon. Instead he has been honest, sincere and treated me as a person not a potential commission pot. Very good service. When my partner and I were searching for a flat to rent, we went spoke to several local estate agents. Morgan Randall - in particular Matthew Mould - were very attentive and listened to our criteria and found several houses that met this criteria. There were no hard sales and the agent was very helpful and understanding. Furthermore, communication was regular, but not excessive throughout the process. I would recommend this agent again as they are very understanding and attentive to the client's needs.
