GoogleI encountered Sarah from the Balham branch when looking for a property and found her and her company most helpful. Sarah was always quick to answer my questions and book in viewings for properties that matched my criteria. On our viewings she was extremely professional, offering advice about the whole lettings process and quick to put my worries at ease. Overall I would highly recommend her and Morgan Randall!

GoogleJake Turner was the agent who is helped me all the way through, from searching for properties to getting the keys. He was very helpful and patient through out the process, specially about the date for me to move in and the price for the flat, bare in mind that it was during summer where I was having summer holiday which had 8 hours time zone difference.

GoogleI called up to inquire about a 4 bedroom property that I had seen online, although that property had already been let, Matthew Mould suggested another house we might be interested in and organised for us to view it that same day. We loved the house and Matt has been nothing but helpful throughout the whole rental process. Would definitely recommend Morgan Randall and Matt to other prospective renters!

She listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect flat. They even worked with us to help bring down the cost. Couldn't be happier in the new place. He then worked crazy hours just so I can see all the properties that he thought I'd like, which I'm incredibly grateful for!

Marissa is extremely knowledgeable of the local area, well informed and has a vibrant personality to match. He was 100% available any time I called to ask for my doubts and concerns (that were many because I’m new to this country). All of the process was smooth and fast, I couldn’t be happier. GoogleLuke Evemy was brilliant in helping my girlfriend and I look for the perfect property in Balham. He never wasted our time with properties that were not what we had described, which really suggested he cared about what we were after. Luke even gave us a short history of Du Cane court........which I in particular enjoyed.

GoogleThey left their sign outside our flat at least two months after it has been let (it is still there today). Although we've called several times and they said someone would come to pick it up but nothing yet... Worked with Matthew Mould to let a property as a tenant. True professional from the beginning.
