GoogleFantastic experience dealing with Morgan Randall in Balham, Stuart in particular. I have viewed a few properties on his stock list and each one narrowed down to my search criteria - unlike every other agency on the High St. who will try and sell you anything and everything. Fingers crossed the time he's invested pays off as i am looking to pursue. I would recommend this company,its services and Stuart to anyone who asked.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with jacksons in Balham, we walked down the road to Morgan Randall and were assigned Luke Evemy. He took a long time to listen to what we wanted in a flat and immediately took us to see something to gauge our expectations. He was a refreshing change from the usual pushy estate agents so if you are looking for property in Balham/Clapham, go to MR and ask for Luke.

GoogleVery happy with Stuart Rawlinson at the Balham Office - managed to secure exchange and completion in 5 weeks - even though our property was outside the areas they normally cover. They were willing on a number of occasions to go the extra mile and weren't always calling me for sake of trying to appear busy. Would recommend Morgan Randall to anyone looking to sell their property. . Many thanks once again!

GoogleThey found me the worst tenants who ruined my flat and didn’t vacate after the tenancy finished and Morgan Randall still demanding fees when they over stayed and didn’t pay rent! They forced me take take these tenants as they knew what they are like so they can get there fees. Would never use them again and there are many agents who charge less and take responsibility for there mistakes!
