GoogleGreat company and always ready to go the extra mile for answering questions. Special mention to Lino who guided us through the process of buying our very first home. It was a lovely and great experience.

GoogleThe agents put immense pressure on you to put in an offer and put down a holding deposit. Once this is done they go MIA and do not disclose issues with the house beforehand. Prior to signing a contract we asked about issues with mould and the team have blatantly lied about it being present all over the living room and bedrooms. Furthermore when it comes to dealing with serious issues when moving into a new house like pests and torn carpets they stop replying. Landlords should be mindful of working with them and tenants should triple check properties before rushing to sign anything with them.

GoogleAgent was Lino to engaged in the sale of my property in the area. To be honest. No complaints. Fairly efficient process. Robust buyer and everything went well. Only issue was overall slowness of the transaction but that can’t be a credited to Lino.

GoogleWe would highly recommend the agent Kieran who helped us with our purchase and was very professional, understanding, knowledgeable, hands on and always available responding fast and coordinating efficiently. Our case was not easy one as we were in a chain and given that other stakeholders involved in the process (solicitors of our buyer) were useless impacting the info and process flow, but with the help of Kieran we could eventually finalize the transaction. We would definitely come back to Kieran as clients again in the future. It is rare to find a very good real estate agent who has a good expertise, knowledge, and demonstrates professional and human approach.

The service I received from him and the team was professional, reliable, timely, trustworthy, friendly and helpful in every way.
