GoogleI've always had to deal with horrible estate agents. It's a norm in the industry. However so far Metro have been amazing. Kyle is the gold standard in being an estate agent. Clear communication. Honest. Quick replies. Aftercare, even though its probably not his job. I still email him a year later with issues and he directs me to the right person! Metro are lucky to have such a good estate agent. Any issues we've had has been quickly rectified by Metro. Some of the one star comments are old and it seems they got rid of the bad staff.

They were accurate with the valuation on the achievable rent, fast and efficient with finding potential tenants and well-organised with the moving in process. Many thanks to Kieran, Kyle, Catherine and Laura for being a joy to work with. I can see that all of the staff value being honest as well as treating you like a human being - something sadly often lacking among agents. Thanks very much!

GoogleAfter reviewing several real agents in the area, I personally feel there aren't enough speculatives to describe Sam's professionalism and down-to-earth approach in getting our house rented.
