GoogleI have a feeling that the people who liked this review are possibly the people who were nearly run over. I’ve got nothing to prove but he went through a red light plus Amber means stop not put your foot down. Might be a good estate agent but need to teach their employees not to go to through pedestrian crossing red lights nearly running over men and children Saturday, the 10th of September if you’re bothered about which one of your employees it was at Beckenham clock house station
Dear Mr Edge, Thank you for bringing this contentious matter to our attention and due to it’s serious nature, we have identified the driver of this vehicle from our fleet and conducted a full investigation. The driver has provided us with his account that the light was turning amber as he was drove through the crossing and he did not jump a red light under any circumstance. This is a very serious allegation given your description of the situation , and as such, we would like to ask if any red light cameras flashed to capture the vehicle jumping the red light? Or any other supporting evidence ? Please advise so we that we may conduct further investigations. We uphold good and proper driving behaviour very stringently in our office and all staff abide by this , given the cars are all branded and therefore they represent the company whenever inside the vehicles, so any breaches of this are taken seriously and would like to investigate further . GoogleI have recently rented a property with Metro Village and the team was quite nice and helpful, Kyle was wonderful. However, it was really hard to deal with one of the property managers in that company, Laura. She was beyond rude and did not treat tenants in line with the values and expectations of customer service that Metro Village states to have. I would suggest her doing some management course and working on developing her soft skills. Luckily for us, Aldo was involved in some key matters when we ran out of heating and hot water. I decided to give notice and rent a different property with a different letting agency for those reasons, however, I wish nothing but the best to the team working there.
