They had not keeping their word on time to gave the property. Even they are not organised, they are respecting money rather than you as human. In the end gabbling the money for nothing. So upsetting to be treated like this.
Hi Hana, we have investigated further and believe you are the lady who wanted to rent a property through us in Finchley. As you know you weren't willing or able to provide the documentation we needed to progress the references, which meant the rental couldn't proceed.

House buying and selling is always stressful but the experience was made so much nicer thanks to dealing with Afina. She was so giving with her time and was always available to ask questions. On the times Afina wasn’t there I dealt with other team members but I didn’t warm to their manner in the same way as Afina. MG has been sourcing tenants for me for almost 10 years now! Not only do they source good tenants, they also manage them well. Zoe Sophocles in particular has been a great help in negotiating very good deals when renewing tenancy agreements. I would highly recommend working with her as she is very methodical and practical in finding mutually beneficial solutions.

Martyn Gerrard, and in particular Andreas and Raj from the team were fantastic in our house sale. They were professional and persisted to get the right interest, and buyers for our house. We had listed under joint agents and they far out performed the other agency in terms of professionalism, communication and client care.
