We are very unhappy. We are a family with a new born child. For 48 days, the heating equipment of the house has been cut off and unfortunately they did not take any action.. Their service is only for setting up the contract and we are very dissatisfied after no response. In general, they have no benefit for others, they only care about their own benefit

The agent on our sale was Jatin Shah. His approach was professional from start to finish. He was patient with and responive to all our questions, which were manifold as we were first time buyers. He facilitated viewings of the property and gave us a proper chance to meet the sellers. He acted promptly to resolve issues which arose during the conveyancing process. His calm head helped keep all parties in the chain pulling in the right direction. We feel very fortunate to have found Jatin and would certainly commend him to prospective clients.

Pleasant experience from start to end. Had a viewing arranged for a property and was dealt with professionally. Easy to contact via email and quick responses. Offer accepted and progressed quickly. Although offer did not go through, was probably the best customer service and professionalism I have experienced from an estate agent, particularly Declan Morgan from whetstone office who we dealt with predominantly.
