GoogleI sold my flat with Martin & Co last month. The service was amazing, my flat went through very quickly which was definately because of the prompt communication from James who kept the ball rolling throughout. I was always made aware via email and phone exactly what was happening which put me at ease, through what can be a very stressful time. I'd recommend to anyone to sell through Martin & Co.

The team is small but very competent and James in particular could never do enough, always returning calls and chasing emails. GoogleI have let my flat out with the help of James and Lucy for two years now and on both occasions the paperwork has been minimal, the service superlatively reliable and personal. They are nothing like all of the other London estate agents I have had the misfortune of having to work with and I certainly will not be looking elsewhere for agents to let my flat for me.

GoogleBuying your first property is a daunting enough experience without wondering if you can trust those around you to carry out the necessary services to complete - therefore I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had Martin& Co Crystal Palace as my estate agent. The team were prompt, well educated and well mannered throughout (James in particular was great) and I'd certainly recommend them to any prospective buyers/sellers

GoogleI cannot rave about Martin and Co enough! I've rented from M&C in two different properties which were also managed by them and have been overwhelmed with how patient, supportive and kind they have been at every stage. Always answering emails really quickly and always there at the end of the phone. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Absolutely wonderful and 100% trustworthy!
