GoogleVery bad experience, after chasing them For over a week to have more information regarding to buy a property, they didn’t even call me back or sent email. I called several times ask Ying for someone to call me back but seems they don’t want to sell properties. I used before a different Martin and co in battersea reach and I received a great Service, but seems different from store to store. To be avoided!!!!

GoogleGreat agency and highly recommended. Simon and Carly are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and professional and handle well difficult situations. They go way beyond their usual work duties to make things happen and to help. I was on the buyer side but would definitely consider them and Martin & co for sale and for lettings in the future. GoogleSimon Stilwell of Martin and Co was invaluable in my purchase of my flat in Marylebone. In the first instance he found appropriate properties for me to view, so there was no time wasted, and he was forthcoming about the state of the market and the value on offer. During the purchase he was extremely helpful at all times, and returned calls quickly. he dealt with all sides, and in a lifetime of buying and selling properties, this has been the most painless experience. Martin and Co have rented me a property and helped me buy one. I have nothing but praise for the way they have conducted their business with me.

GoogleSimon & Karen showed the patience of saints when my flat was proving problematic to sell. They persevered without complaint and remained jovial and optimistic throughout (even when I was far from either) - eventually we hit gold and the sale was managed smoothly. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and as a result I couldn't recommend Martin and Co any more highly. Excellent!

GoogleThe whole process was an absolute nightmare. When we left the property they tried to charge us £900 for flaws in the property that were there when we moved in. Including £30 to change a lightbulb! After a long struggle we proved we were right and realised that they were just trying to take our money. Absolutely not recommended- They represent everything that is wrong with estate agents in London.

Thank you for the feedback and please accept our apologies that you did not receive the level of service expected. We have investigated the issue you have experienced and I now understand you have been refunded your deposit in full less an agreed deduction. The light bulb charge is there because we do have to send out a contractor to change it, they charge an hourly rate for work. Your comments are taken seriously and we have changed our property management processes so this does not occur again.
