GoogleThe most unprofessional state agency in London. Based on personal experience with Martin & Co in Chelsea renting with them was the worse decision ever. They wanted to charge half of the deposit without providing the deposit breakdown or any other evidence of damage. Refused any kind of communication(emails or phone calls), in order to resolve any disagreements I had to send a representative legal adviser to finally meet some decent communication. The conclusion is that they do not protect tenant's rights and will always support landlord's interest. Highly recommend avoiding this agency for your own sake and safety!

GoogleThe worse costumer service you will experience. As soon as they will take any money from you they will take weeks to get back to you. They still owe me money and still not getting back to me I highly don’t recommend working with this agency.

GoogleI have been renting an apartment in Chelsea through Martin&Co for four years. When I approach estate agents I usually look for professionalism, dedication and efficiency. Special gratitude should be made to Ms. Rita Bil Marla who has been my property manager for four years. Rita not only possess all above qualities but also showed her self as a genuinely honest and pleasant human being. I have felt properly looked after by Martin&Co throughout the years. Look no further, go to your local Martin&Co office and ask for their assistance in finding the property for you. They know what they are doing!

I call Shazin one of the agents and tell her my predicament. Shazin who has gone shopping drops everything and is willing to meet up to get me key and take me home by the timde we met up got the keys the poor girl had sacrificed her entire evening and still had a smile on her face. I have rented properties for many years and many cities and have not had an agent put themself out to such a degree usually its locksmiths and hundreds of pounds. Thanks again Shazin.

GoogleI have been dealing with Martin & Co for just over 2 years as a Tenant in Wimbledon. During my 2 year stay at the property they managed I found Martin & Co to be very professional and polite and cheerful. anything that has needed replacing or fixing Martin & Co were straight on it with no delays. Unfortunately the owner of our house decided to sell up so we all had to move and our new Estate Agents have already proved to be completely unprofessional. I wish we could have stayed with Martin & Co. Our deposit was returned in full very quickly. I think Martin & Co should hold workshops for other Estate Agents Mark Former 91B The Broadway

Compared to a high street branch of a chain, Martin & Co offer a lot more personalised service and local knowledge at very competitive rates.
