They persevered without complaint and remained jovial and optimistic throughout (even when I was far from either) - eventually we hit gold and the sale was managed smoothly. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and as a result I couldn't recommend Martin and Co any more highly. Excellent!

GoogleThe whole process was an absolute nightmare. When we left the property they tried to charge us £900 for flaws in the property that were there when we moved in. Including £30 to change a lightbulb! After a long struggle we proved we were right and realised that they were just trying to take our money.
Absolutely not recommended- They represent everything that is wrong with estate agents in London.

We have investigated the issue you have experienced and I now understand you have been refunded your deposit in full less an agreed deduction. The light bulb charge is there because we do have to send out a contractor to change it, they charge an hourly rate for work.
Your comments are taken seriously and we have changed our property management processes so this does not occur again.
