GoogleAlan fikss is just the worst, got me in for a viewing, I told him I like to make an offer, he never sent the offer form, then I followed up, he got loads of info from me but in the end never got back to me. Then sent a follow up email and he ignored that too. Shameful service and just lazy

GoogleVery happy customer of Martin & Co here. Joe Stoll was our main contact with a flat letting. Cannot recommend him enough. Joe has very quick responses on communications. Very proactive with problem-solving. Just an all-around star. Would happily recommend to anyone.

GoogleNothing but a first rate service from them. I dealt with Michael van de Vyver and Simon Sitwell and both were professional and acted with the utmost integrity. They understand their local market really well and, therefore, give you sensible and achievable valuations. Simon worked extremely hard to find me buyers and followed up every query and phone call promptly and efficiently. A pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleMartin Co in Chelsea offers high quality customer care and real understanding of sellers/buyers needs. It works with a great portfolio of buyers who are actually the right target for the properties advertised. I experienced fantastic customer service and a smooth sale of my flat in Chelsea. Both the branch manager and senior negotiator have gone above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was properly done. GoogleHaving dealt with many agents over the year, we felt our experience with Simon at Martin & Co was very positive. Something you can't say about most estate agents. He built trust by not pushing for a sale but keeping us abreast of the market in our area and checking in with us from time to time. This ended in a decision to sell our property in Summer 2020, acheving our desired valuation having found a buyer quickly. Despite a long sales process (not the agent's fault) they did a good job managing the sales process through to completion and genuinely made the process easier, often responding to calls out of hours to ease concerns and get the sale over the line. GoogleWe asked Martin & Co a couple of months ago to help us find a place that we loved, which would also allow us to have a dog - the dog part of which was a massive hurdle.
