GoogleI was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency. A few positive examples: - they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down - they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue - very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat - and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight. The last point to me would be the selling point. Thank you!

GoogleSimon (sales team of Martin & Co) kept himself informed of the progress of the transaction at all times and helped things move along, when required, by contacting the council to help resolve any issues. Simon contacted us to let us know the progress regularly. All of these contributed to helping the deal go through smoothly. The rest of the team at Martin & Co (Michael, Stuart, Edith, Delphine, ...) efficiently handled all aspects of finding a new tenant and helping get the flat ready for them. There were a few jobs which needed sorting and these were arranged and done in good time. It was a pleasure working with them.

GoogleMartin & co came highly recommended to me as reliable, honest and professional agents. The day after I called Michael came over to view our flat and gave me comprehensive, clear advice. I did not want to risk getting difficult tenants, or having to chase an unreliable agency so I decided to let my flat out exclusively with them, even if having it listed with one agent would mean it took longer. I was very happy with the tenants they found and glad I hadn't listed with some of the other agencies who had pestered me. When I asked for recommendations for services such as a profession cleaner these were supplied promptly, at reasonable rates and made the whole process infinitely easier for me. It is refreshing to deal with agents who are not pushy and who keep their word so I would have no hesitation in recommend Michael and the team to anyone else in my position.

They have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of my requirements and have removed all the stress from the moving process. GoogleI’m so grateful with Gilbert and Carlos. Without their help, my settlement in London cannot be such smooth. If you are looking for a flat/room to stay in the central area of London, don’t hesitate to contact them. If it’s your first time to the UK, you can rest assured about those things including international bank transfer because they are professionals. If you are from China/Hong Kong/Taiwan, I highly recommend you to contact with Gilbert if you prefer Mandarin/Cantonese service.
