GoogleAbsolutely brilliant and would recommend without hesitation. James Cutting was excellent, supported by Wilf Wyatt. The flat had been on the market with another well known agent who only secured a handful of viewings over 4 months. James recommended staging the place and once done we had two offers within two weeks, one at the asking price. After a protracted process with the managing agent we completed with no issues. It was worth paying a little bit extra in commission.

I had my gas certificate renewed. I just needed to give the go ahead and Debbie Lewis did the rest, including the ease of invoice settlement. And she did it with happy email interaction. These things all count to make us feel positive.
