GoogleMarsh & Parson has been extremely professional in helping me through my first home purchase. Our agent Freddie has assisted us in every step of the process, by replying to any of my questions in a timely manner, being very helpful, emphatic and patient. Every time I needed some clarification, he was always available and happy to give me a call to make me feel supported and reassured. He really went the extra mile to make this happen, and I could not be more grateful to have found an estate agent like him. I would like to thank also the receptionists for their professionalism. GoogleSell with Marsh and Parsons and ask for Ben! In less than ten days he didn’t just sell our flat, he found us our dream house too. Very professional throughout the viewings making sure our cat was ok, whilst being a joy to sell and buy through with his sound advice and lovely sense of humour. Absolutely chuffed. Unlike other local agents who came across as pushy & aggressive, Marsh & Parsons were unfailing helpful & professional & always at the end of the phone to answer questions & guide me through the process. Weronika Lajborek - In the absence of our tenancy manager Weronika dealt with my many queries calmly, swiftly and ultimately correctly. Unfortunately there had been an error in the apportionment of rent between tenancies however Weronika took the time to understand the situation, consult her accounting team and ultimately resolve the matter in a very short space of time. She also took the time to provide a full explanation via an email detailing the sums due back to myself from the tenancy crossover. I would rate my experience of dealing with Weronika very highly and I wish her well in her career.

Terrible service! Tenants were given their full deposit back without permission from the landlord and before the flat was checked after their move. We have had to clear all the broken furniture they left, pay an electrician to rewire the flat after they tried to rewire it themselves(?!), replace broken door handles and sockets and it needed a deep clean as the place was so filthy! Marsh and Parson would be better saving the money they pay to advertise on the tube and using it to better their service for both landlords and tenants!

GoogleThey sold our flat in Streatham and were exceptional. They gave us realistic advice rather than the usual guff of overpricing it and saying how they've got lots of potential buyers ready to offer. It is obvious that they know the market better than their competition and have no hesitation in giving a reality check, which is essential in today's climate. Regular updates are provided and someone is always available to discuss matters. They actively work with and for you to achieve results. Cannot sing their praises enough.
