After a long search for a flat to rent in Highgate/Archway/Tufnell Park, we now have a lovely flat in Highgate thanks to Safia Mostafa at KFH Highgate. We had worked with almost all the estate agents covering these areas, but most tended to send properties that were not suitable for us, or they would not know enough about the property. Safia, on the other hand, was excellent - she was always helpful, responsive and understood what mattered to us. She also helped us see our final flat as soon as it was available to view, so that it wasn’t claimed before we could visit. We’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a flat in the Highgate area.

Incredible service and a truly great agency. I was in touch with Michelli who showed me a number of amazing properties and always kept me in her mind, checking in every other day and making sure that we see new-to-market places first. We dealt with Bianca Marchini who spent days actively looking for properties to show us that could match what we were looking for and when we couldn't attend the viewings due to work commitments, she went as far as Facetiming me at work. We sold our property with the Highgate KFH team and had a great experience. It could have potentially been stressful and difficult due to the unique and unusual nature of our property, but Chris and the team were knowledgable, helpful and calm at every stage, helping us through the red tape and negotiating fairly for both sides. We didn't find any of the team, at any stage of the process, to be too 'salesy' or pushy. This hasn't been our experience with any other estate agency during any previous sale or purchase, so it was overall an extremely professional service we received and I felt everyone really worked for us. My husband and I have had an excellent service from Bradley Proud at KFH in Highgate. Whilst we are looking, Bradley would only show us properties that met our requirements (unlike many agents who keep sending you 2 bed flats to review when you're looking for a 4 bed house!). He was thoughtful and diligent but we never felt like we were being pestered. And he was flexible and knowledgeable. We have now bought our "Forever Home" completely stress free, without any hiccoughs - Thank you Bradley! We couldn't be happier.

In the turbulent times we live in today, selling a house can be a pretty stressful experience, I hear the stories but it’s only when you go through it you start to really get it.
