GoogleThe best decision I ever made was to sell my apartment with KFH in Highgate . I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but KFH we’re simply exceptional . Their knowledge of the Highgate property market really helped with the valuation and my apt sold within a week for the price I wanted to achieve. The follow up post sale by Zurenu was simply amazing and was key to getting to exchange then completion . I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to share what a fantastic experience I have had with KFH Highgate and with Zurenu in particular she was simply amazing throughout .

GoogleWe recently purchased a house using Euan at KFH in Highgate. Our initial purchase fell through due to complications with the sale and Euan made a real effort to find us another property on the same street as the first house. He succeeded with that and did everything he could to make sure the purchase went through and worked out for everyone. Very happy with the end result!

Shaun lead the charge both times (in 2017 and 2022) and is a true driving force as Branch Director. He is sincere, honest, professional, reliable, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with - as is the rest of his team. My sale wasn't the easiest and Shaun was always available, always helpful, a sound advisor and a true problem solver - just keen to get things done! He took the stress out of my hands and went above and beyond every time. I wouldn't use any other agent in this area. Thanks Shaun and team!

In particular, the agent that worked with us, James Hillier went above and beyond his duties and really helped us throughout the entire process: we were in a very challenging situation with another agency and James spent hours from the beginning with us to help us finding the best solution and in the end making us end up with the place we wanted! He found it incredibly quickly and was fundamental in securing it for us in what is a very busy market. The whole team are fantastic, but Carlton Ruth (the active agent) was simply superb. He achieved a very decent price for the property and made the end-to-end process completely stress-free. Expect a highly collaborative and thorough approach, with great communication and knowledge application. GoogleI had the best experience with KFH. James was great! Brilliant communication, always on the other end of the phone and quick response to emails. He also knows the local area really well. Definitely put a lot of trust in him, he was honest and delivered on everything he said. Moving house can be stressful but it was easy and straightforward because of the amazing service from James and the team. 100% recommend.

GoogleSam was very professional throughout the sale during these difficult days in the pandemic. Demonstrated calmness during the rockier moments but was also firm when faced with unreasonable demands of the buyers. Managed to strike a balance between salesmanship and courtesy and was never overbearing. Always seemed to be on my side, was always available to chat and knew the area and market very well. Pitched the price higher than I expected and seamlessly found buyers for this price. Also shout out to Carlton who also had a reassuring and professional presence in the early days of the sale and Shaun for acting swiftly if any issues that needed escalation. GoogleI just rented a flat through KFH. I had a good experience with my agent Michelli Nunes. She was very friendly and personable, helped me during the first days of settling in the flat (for example when I did not know how to set up the boiler). Also Colin Gillibrand was absolutely fantastic, addressed all my concerns in regards to moving (which was happening right after holidays) and the potential COVID restrictions. In general I think this agency has a good selection of flats. I recommend working with them.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe sold our house in Highgate through KFH. The service was very professional. We decided to select KFH due to their great knowledge of Highgate and the fact that they had sold similar properties to ours. We secured a buyer within less than two weeks from the time we put our property up for sale at a price very close to the asking price. Sam was very professional during the whole selling process and went beyond the call of duty to check what was holding things up when we didn’t hear anything from our buyers’ solicitors. Overall, it took us less than 3 months to complete the sale of our house, which we are pleased with considering the current situation with Covid-19.
