We interviewed 3 different agents when putting our flat on the market. Shaun Cunningham from KFH came across as friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable but without the hard sell that some estate agents give. We definitely made the right decision. Shaun was always easy to get hold of, extremely responsive and we always felt that we were in safe hands. Our conveyancing process was particularly complicated and long and Shaun's advice and expertise made the process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic experience with KFH Highgate, and in particular Rian McLean. He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. We bought our flat through KFH Highgate in 2006 and sold it via KFK earlier this month. Aisling was our principle point of contact throughout the sale. She was fantastic to deal with from the moment we met her to when the sale competed. She kept us informed throughout the process and liaised effectively between us, the buyer and the solicitors. She often went above and beyond to ensure the sale progress at the required timescale and escalated when needed. She was truly pleasant deal with throughout the process especially during some stressful periods. I doubt we would have completed when we did without her presence and hard work. Super satisfying experience with KFH Highgate, and our special thanks to Tianna and Chris who gave us tremendous help to find our first home in the UK! We first contacted KFH after finding a home via Rightmove, it was however not available at the moment we inquired. We told Tianna that our first priority was to look for a home which is close to our child's school, and Tianna got back to us in no time with a property just within the school's walking distance.
