Fantastic work on the sale of my property. KFH were engaged to sell my 5 bed property in Archway. Shaun & Euan did an absolutely fantastic job securing multiple offers, managing the process professionally from start to finish and achieving a record amount paid for the road. Their communication and advice was clear throughout and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to sell their property in the area. Particularly at the higher levels, which is where they really show their differentiation versus some of the other agents. A real pleasure to deal with throughout.

Excellent service from Christopher Hulme and his teammate Tianna Johnson. They were very professional yet approachable. I moved to London from abroad and I was not familiar with the process of renting. But I was walked through the process and Chris always responded my emails promptly and cleared all my questions. I did a virtual viewing and within short notice they arranged a viewing for a friend of mine on my behalf. Safia was very helpful and let us go back for multiple viewings, to measure up etc. Only downside is that the repairs agreed before we moved in were not all completed (and mess was left from the repainting).

Sam Rosenthal has been able to deliver a sale in the middle of the third lockdown communicating effectively in difficult times. He didn't play around with fantastic promises but he deployed a coherent strategy for the sale and spent a relevant amount of time to get the sale completed. Buying or selling in Highgate is easier with KFH.
