GoogleWe had a spotless experience buying our first home with the help of KFH Highgate. Credit goes to Samara for matching the right opportunity to the right buyer. She lined up a viewing for a property that wasn't on our radar and we managed to complete the entire process in under 2 months. She was always one call/email away and was committed to getting both parties to the finish line. Every 'hurdle' was swiftly overcome thanks to her proactive communication and mediation.

We dealt primarily with Euan, who was very helpful and switched on throughout our flat purchase- initially giving us great help finding the property we wanted, then giving us confidence throughout the purchase process that he was engaged and pushing for the sale to be completed in a timely manner. The process was still very slow, (probably not because of anyone at KFH.) Good experience overall, thanks very much

GoogleWe have Samara in Highgate branch helping us to purchase our home in Highgate. She’s very professional and with us. She’s a good listener too and understand what we need in finding our place, rather than just a sale driven estate agent individual. We’re so lucky to have her and her colleague. Also, our broker, Sawan, he helped us with getting a good rate at a difficult time. We have our mortgage offer issued within a day or two.
