GoogleKern was fabulous! My living situation changed, unexpectedly so I were unable to proceed with an apartment, but Kern was transparent and a genuine agent, who I’ll definitely be contacting in the next 6 months. Warmest wishes, Emma.

GoogleWilliam was really helpful in my search for a rental property - knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Sadly I had a change of circumstances so couldn't sign in the end, but a really positive experience all round.

GoogleConor organised a next day viewing at a property for us. First thing that struck me was his caring nature towards the elderly woman living there. His gentle follow ups afterwards were much more efficient than most of my experiences with estate agents thus far. Will view more properties for sure!!

GoogleWas really struggling to find a house leading up to the restart of university in October and there was a lot of hassle with would-be housemates who were one foot in and one foot out which meant we had to view other potential properties that suited our re-adjusted requirements. I have to say Robert Lynch really patterned us! His patience and determination to find us somewhere is something that I really appreciate! We spent just over 2 months to find somewhere And he could’ve easily given up on us at the first hurdle but he’s not built like that! Massive respect to him!

GoogleWe started our house search with very specific requirements and little knowledge of the current market and area. However rob lynch from your branch really hit the target with all the properties he took us to view. He was incredibly patient, the most human estate agent I've ever met, only had our best interests in mind, and honestly was one of the nicest and most professional agents I've had to deal with. He's the type of person who you can trust, and honestly dealing with him threw every piece of negative information we had heard about Ludlow and Thompson beforehand out the window. He got us into a property we truly admire and was perfect for our circumstances. We would like to thank rob and 'Ludlow and Thompson' for all your help. Kind regards, Connor Charlesworth

GoogleHad a phone call with this agency and the staff was completely unusefull, didn't had the patience to explain, was almost shouting on the phone like they are speaking with a child ! Completely unrespectful! No wonder they have so many bad reviews so far ! Avoid them with all cost!
