GoogleIt was genuinely a pleasure working with Shane. He was friendly and professional throughout and went above and beyond to help me and my family find our home.We felt safe in Shane’s hands as ,unlike most agents we met, he stayed committed to help us. The communication and guidance was perfect. He made the process so much less stressful and even brightened our days!

GoogleI’m currently dealing with Shane George. He’s absolutely great to liaise with- he gets me; my situation and is so attentive and understanding about what I’m looking for. Very personable and you feel he’s really got your back and will do what he can to help and support you. Thanks for you support so far Shane!

GoogleRob Lynch was friendly and really helpful all the way through the lettings process. Would definitely recommend letting through LudlowThompson and through him in the future!

GoogleWe had a terrible experience with Ludlowthompson in Tooting (Rob and Michael in the renting team), where they pretended to follow a protocol for letting tenants in, and check-out. They were not professional, they only had the interest of the landlord, giving him advice without reading any reports. Make sure that you have everything in writing and take photos of everything. We wouldn't recommend dealing with them or the agency !! Do not trust what they say.

GoogleConor and Chris were such a pleasure to liaise with - I have full confidence that they can help me with all my requirements. Always keen to listen and to understand, no matter how pernickety I'm being. Thank you to both :)!

GoogleReally enjoyed the viewing process - Keith was super helpful, on time and able to give us loads of information about the area. We then instantly were able to make an offer and the process was really smooth. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleSold our house quickly after other agents had not been able. They had good local knowledge and showed off it's best features. Alex and Gerard were helpful at all stages, easy to contact and offered useful advice. Would recommend to others!

GoogleI was asking for the management letting service and the tenant made my flat like a rubbish room and they never manage it! Also, commission fee charged me in advance for 2 years (the whole letting period)! And they using smaller type of the words in the contract to write it. I wish I can give zero star!

GoogleI’ve rented 4 apartments in London over the past 7 years, and I can honestly say my experience in Tooting with Kern has been one of the best. Very honest and was actually contactable 24/7. Thank you for everything, Kern.

GoogleJust had a viewing with them and the "consultant" William Marques was terrible. Arived to the viewing 20minutes late, when I asked "can you tell me about the property" (a question that shouldnt be that challenging) all i got was attitude …

GoogleWas really struggling to find a house leading up to the restart of university in October and there was a lot of hassle with would-be housemates who were one foot in and one foot out which meant we had to view other potential properties that suited our re-adjusted requirements. I have to say Robert Lynch really patterned us! His patience and determination to find us somewhere is something that I really appreciate! We spent just over 2 months to find somewhere And he could’ve easily given up on us at the first hurdle but he’s not built like that! Massive respect to him!

GoogleMy partner and I did a viewing with Conor. He was very responsive and quickly answered the questions we had for him in the run up to the viewing. Although we decided not to put an offer we felt he was very honest and helpful. Would happily recommend him to others looking in Tooting.
