GoogleWe were in contact with Keith throughout the process of viewing a property, placing an offer and referencing. He was very helpful and put us at ease from day one. It is our first time dealing with an agency and he made the whole process enjoyable with his friendly helpful manner. He answered all of our questions promptly and we were never left waiting. Would recommend Ludlowthompson if you are planning to move

GoogleMy girlfriend and I recently bought a flat in the Tooting area and they were excellent! From the initial viewing through the offer process and to completion I cannot fault them. We were competing with a cash buyer through another agent and Philip (the sales negotiator) did a tremendous job to convince the buyer that we were the better option. At the vendors insistence we were forced to move fast so went from viewing to completion in 20 days (which is a crazy pace but didnt bother us as house prices were climbing by the week!) but we felt supported and informed every step of the way with the Ludlow team happy to work with us to push the deal through. I cannot recommend them highly enough given the level of professional service and attention they gave to our situation. To move quickly we also used their recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers who were also excellent. I would say that we found a gem of a property in the area and were hugely fortunate to have an agent that looked after us in our first residential property purchase. Highly recommended!

GoogleExcellent from Start to 'Completion' we felt we were being supported by the whole Tooting team. Always had messages passed on and replied to as quickly as one could expect. Jonathan, the main agent, gave us the confidence and assurance throughout to know that the sale would go through, despite a last minute 'Cladding' issue. We would recommend anyone buying or selling to certainly have Ludlowthompson as their agent.
