Daniel Scott is an amazing rep! Super fast responses, and was quick to set up a viewing of our dream flat. Daniel explained everything in great detail, and in simple language for this dumb American to understand.

Richard Pedley was the best estate agent I’ve met in London. I did not even end up buying my flat through him, but just want to give him the credo he deserves for being outstanding. Thoughtful, responsive and indeed entertaining too!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have been on our property search for a while now, and we have found ludlowthompson Oval and in particular Richard Pedley to be a very professional and attentive individual. Richard has been very quick to reply to our emails and answer any questions we had no matter how small. Thanks for the help Richard!

Excellent Service and Professionalism I recently had the pleasure of working with Ana Sampaio, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service provided. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. She was very personable and I would highly recommend her.

AAA service. Kirtsy and her team provided an exceptional service in valuing and marketing my property for sale. While I made the decision not to sell the property in the end, I have no hesitation in recommending LudlowThompson to anyone looking to sell their property in the Kennington/Oval area.

Richard, Kirsty and Joe did a fantastic job advising me on the sale of my two bed flat in the Sockwell Gardens Estate. We liaised over six months and at no time were the team overly pushy, respecting the time frame I needed to make the decision to sell. In the end we decided to undertake a very targeted marketing campaign contacting three underbidders from another sale in the block the team had just handled. This resulted in an asking price cash offer after only 2 viewing. The whole process from my appointing the team to exchange of contracts was concluded in under two months and achieved one of the highest prices paid on the estate to date.

Very poor quality agency Made an offer to buy a flat, sent 3 email, none of the replied of acknowledged.(their system down, however agent was never answering her mobile) After one week we agree an offer but they say they will continue viewings etc expecting me to invest money for solicitor and valuations knowing that the vendor is still looking for buyers They refuse to put the property sold subjetc to contract despite I went trough the screening with their mortgage advisor. Very unprofessional overall. Tried to buy another flat with them in 2020 and they made me waste also there money for solicitor and mortgage valuation, therefore is nothing new If you are looking to buy, stay away

Moved out of a property let by this agency 5 months ago and they refuse to even start processing the return of my security deposit despite repeated contact. Not only do they refuse to do anything but whenever I have contacted them regarding this, their response is entirely apathetic and incompetent. Stay as far away from this agency as possible, they will hound you daily when moving in to get money from you as quickly as possible, but will do absolutely nothing when it comes to returning what is rightfully yours. Also when I first moved in to the property they had not collected all the keys from the previous tenant. So 2 weeks after I moved in, the previous tenant turned up drunk late at night and opened the front door. I had to have the locks changed the next day. I would recommend anybody that has been unfortunate enough to be renting through this agency to also do the same. By far the scummiest letting agents I have encountered in London.

I have had the pleasure of having C-Jay show me several properties. She made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout this process. When I have asked her questions about properties she has followed up on them. She has also brought other properties to may attention that I may not have seen otherwise. She seems young to be selling me a property but had made me feel that she in on top of her game and can navigate a sale well. Thank you C-Jay!

Daniel Scott kindly managed to get us into view an in-demand property that had been booked up for viewings all day. I really appreciated that he worked to make sure we got to see the property and was very helpful throughout the process. His colleague Myles showed me around the property and was detailed and transparent with all information. He took his time to show me the flat and did not rush me despite being busy with other viewings. Overall, they were both really helpful and I would definitely look for future places to rent with them. Thanks both.
