GoogleI had a chance to interact with Ayoube and Clodagh during my Flat search in Kennington. Property purchase in UK is a long drawn process owing to various inherent complexities. Both of them were extremely calm and absolutely charming through all the interactions in the process and always ensured to turn around things at the earliest possible in a transparent and logical fashion. Without them, I can easily imagine multiple things taking much longer and breaking down. It was a pleasure to deal with them, and I would highly recommended them to others.

GoogleDelighted with how quickly they sold my flat and got me moving. Very professional and always friendly and helpful when communicating. I particularly liked how straightforward Clodagh, the manager, was. I found her easy to talk to, honest and realistic. They got a good price for my flat which has enabled me to move to my desired location. I was able to take advantage of the 0% commission offer which despite my skepticism really was a great deal! Satisfied customer.

GoogleI left my flat in June 2019 and 6 months later I didn’t have my deposit back. The flat was a mess from the beginning, but Ludlowthompson staff promised us the date we’d move in, it’d be all fixed and clean. They did nothing after we paid the deposit. We found dust everywhere, dirty cutlery and no hot water. Awful experience and staff.
