GoogleThey seem like a standard agency when you first talk to them but you will soon realise that this is all sales talk. In the 18 months I have rented through them I have only had troubles with them. They never managed to get things fixed in the flat (multiple things amongst others damp), when they returned the deposit they never told me what they charged for even when I requested a breakdown. Whenever I called to talk to them they always promised to fix or sort out things within a week but never did on any occasion - every time it was all sales talk no action! I will never use these guys again even if they have the most amazing flat!

GoogleGreat staff and professionalism provided by the whole team: from real estate agents, to sales team, admin team, etc. High efficiency and knows what they are doing. Of course comes with higher fee. Shout out to Mr Chris Jones. Thanks for doing your work to help complete the purchase.

GoogleExcellent service, ironed out the stress of purchasing a property. Our negotiator, Aaron Gardener, was friendly and helpful. He worked hard to provide answers to our queries regarding the property, liaising with us, the vendor and solicitor. We definitely recommend this agency.

GoogleWe live in Scotland and are moving to London. It's a very stressful process, but Chris from Finsbury Park team has really made it a lot easier: our friend did the viewing, we video chatted and had all of our questions answered.
