GoogleDO NOT USE!!! Worst estate agent in London!!! Flat had not been cleaned before moving in. Jacob's (shop manager) response was 'but they promised they were going to get it professionally cleaned?'. So clearly they had not inspected the property before handing keys over. Never given a full set of keys, shop then lost their own set of keys and tried to blame the tenants, 6 weeks to fix a washing machine, 2 months to fix a leaking tap, 4 weeks to fix a blocked sink, never fixed a water damaged ceiling and instead of the 'account manager' dealing with issues, they just changed the person handling the account. Absolute joke from start to finish!

GoogleI sold my property through Lulow Thompson. Given the tough market conditions I think the guys were very hard working to ensure i received a competitive offer. Their marketing campaign and pursuit of potential buyers ensured my property ensured my property sale went through. I think just advertising on rightmove doesnt cut it in this environment, and I would not have got the best potential price or the same number of views During the actual sales process there were a few stumbling blocks which they worked hard on to resolve. All in all very professional and hard working service.

He's been every bit a professional through and through and expertly knowledgeable about the local market and the national trend, as far as the economy and the property market is concerned. He's been very prompt with regular updates and very pleasant to deal with. He's never failed to return my calls within minutes when I left him messages. Above all he listens carefully to what you are saying, which is a rarity! Frankly I was sceptical about LT's capabilities initially but having dealt with them over the last few months I have no hesitation in recommending them. We'll done LT, and Craig in particular!
